These Terms govern your use of the public Mostly Global website at mostly.global. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. The website is operated by Justin Williams ("we," "us," and "our") and introduces the Mostly platform and its apps.
Browsing this website does not require a Mostly Account. Accounts, subscriptions, and features in linked Mostly apps are governed by those apps' terms, including Mostly Page and Mostly Recipes.
Eligibility & use
This website is intended for people aged 18 or older. Use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, or use it to abuse others.

Website content, branding, and artwork belong to us or their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those needed to use the website or otherwise permitted by law.

Scope
Justin Williams operates this public website and is responsible for the information described here. This policy covers visits to Mostly Global and messages you send us about it. For data handled within our apps, read the Mostly Page or Mostly Recipes privacy policy.
Information we handle
- Technical request data: Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser and device information, and diagnostic or security logs to provide and protect the service
- Contact messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and any name, message, or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and handle your request.
- Theme preference: your browser stores your chosen color theme on your device so it can be restored on later visits. You can reset it by clearing this website’s browser storage.
Tracking & app links
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. This public website does not use product analytics scripts.
Product links include a source label identifying Mostly Global as the referring app. The label contains no visitor identifier. The destination app may use it to measure where new accounts come from, as described in its privacy policy.
Providers & disclosure
Cloudflare provides application hosting, network delivery and security, operational logging and observability. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Email providers also process messages you send us to deliver and store our correspondence.
